All of us at Kramer Industries would like to wish everyone a successful and profitable 2011. The past couple of years have been a challenge for many of us but we are definitely seeing signs of better things to come and we look forward to working with you in the future.
The most exciting change here at Kramer is the completion of our beta testing of our online store - KramerDepot.com. We have been offering a variety of abrasive grits and compounds for the past few weeks and the feedback has been very positive. We will be adding lots of new products in 2011 to the store (which you can still purchase by phone or fax as well) and continuing to make the process even easier for you.
Our goal -whether online, on the phone, by e-mail or otherwise - is to make your experience with us as valuable and as simple as possible so you have the most efficient and economical operations and so you can focus your time on your critical issues.
